I am very pleased to present my wedding preparation kit for all couples who are going to get married soon or in the mid of preparation.

A small introduction of me, I first started to prepare my wedding on August 2007 as my big day was on March 2009. As and when I had gone through my preparation, I started to compile and share my experience to guide all couples.

This blog will assist you on the information on how you can start your wedding and some resources. So-called a useful blog that compile from my research and experience to provide all informations for all brides-to-be or grooms-to-be.

Actual Day Emergency Kit for Bride and Groom

All these informations were taken from one of the brides' multiply website. Just want to share with everyone on the needs for Actual Wedding Day just like me.

Put all stuffs into a nice bag and get your mother or bridesmaid to bring it around or place it in the bride's dressing/changing room for easy access at the wedding site.

HEALTH
- Antacid or Eno fruit salts for stomach upsets
- Antihistamines, cold remedy, any prescription medications in case of colds, and sinus problems. - Aspirin or Panadol for headaches
- Bandage for accidental cuts
- Cough drops for bad throats
- Breath Fresheners
- Tiger Balm or Medicated Oil for dizziness
- Tampons, pads

BEAUTY/GROOMING
- Hand lotion, wet-wipes
- Tissue Paper
- Hair pins & safety pins (good for corsages in case your florist forgets them!) Makeup
- Baby powder (also works great for spills on your white dress--just dab with water and then baby powder)
- Makeup remover for face and for clothes
- Lint remover
- Deodorant
- Perfume
- Makeup kit (bring different colours for your bridesmaid!)
- Nail polish & remover
- Nail file
- Small hand towel (put them around the neck when doing makeup to avoid stains)
- Hairdryer (also helps dries dresses after stain removal) gel, hairspray, brush, water mister)
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Soda water for stain removal

ATTIRE
- Spare pantyhose or garters
- Earring backs
- Emergency buttons
- Spare shoes
- Iron
- Safety pins and a sewing kit with thread the colour of bridesmaids' dresses, as well as white masking tape or sewing tape for ripped hems
- Small sewing kit, thread for all dresses of wedding party
- Small scissors for thread Instant
- Shoe Polish

MISCELLANEOUS
- Directions to reception - extra copies
- Phone numbers of all people involved in the event.
- A list of outstanding to-do's that can be turned over to your event co-ordinator.
- Fully charged handphone spare battery.
- Scotch tape (great for falling hems, broken bouquet handles, wobbly unity candles)
